When you know you have a purpose and society states because of your past you can not move forward.  Bull S***.

Stigma is …

a mark of disgrace associated with a particular circumstance, quality, or person.

For example for some people: “the stigma of having gone to prison, ” or “the stigma of bankruptcy, but most importantly to some the stigma of a co-occurring disorders of depression or addictions or even suicidal ideations.

When a person allows stigma to hold them hostage, all it does is creates a world of  shamedisgracedishonorignominyopprobriumhumiliation, (bad) reputation.

Time for Change!

Stigma is more than a dishonor, it keeps others from moving ahead to their purpose in life to make an impact.

See, there is no more crying hurt or shame. If you ever endure stigma before–I need you to repeat this from someone who  lives with co-occurring disorders of depression, addiction and suicidal ideation.

Repeat after me and say this to stigma:

It is what it is;  NOW,  I must move forward and step into the person God created me to be. See I am a winner, and stigma does not have a hold of me anymore.

Peace and Blessings
